Alpha was born in Germany. His sire, R.E. Int./Neth/Ger/VDH/Swiss Ch./World Ch. 1985 Falk vom Nauenhof Sch H III, was a very popular European stud who was German-bred. His dam a little old American gal, Claire de lune Enterprise, from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Alpha's last show was the World Show in Budapest, Hungary, where he went BOB Groenendael over champions from Belgium, Holland, Germany, and other countries. This makes him World Champion 1996. In addition to his German and VDH Championships, Alpha earned an All Breed best in show at Igelheim/Bohl, over a total entry of 1100 dogs in 1995. With the completion of his Schutzhund One title he completed all requirements for and was awarded both the Swiss and International Championships, which require a working title. With limited showing in the U.S., starting in late July, he earned two Group placements, IV and III, and his Companion Dog Excellent title, by early November. He will now await transfer to his "Dad's" new Army command.
