Coty learned to fly by using some ingenious horse herding techniques. He tried biting the tail of a horse for a tug-of-war approach and, later, into the trailing lead rope of an escaping mare. Both resulted in low altitude, non-traumatic, flight lessons for Coty. Coty has raised a Morgan colt of his own, named Beau, from birth. The bonding between the two is magical.
